Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at workingwithkarina@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and the address to send your item(s) back.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design, please follow the return process and place a new order. Due to limited stock or custom designs, we cannot guarantee exchanges, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at workingwithkarina@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Certain items, including custom or personalized items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
